Contract Analyst Programmer(s)

As a high calibre IT professional, you will work on a wide range of consulting assignments. You will also assist the project team manager in user requirement study, system analysis and design, implementation and deployment, enhancement and modification, support and maintenance of different projects and those involving the n-tier and web-based application.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• Min 2 years post-qualification IT experience in system development and integration, enhancement and modification, support and maintenance of various projects
• Extensive experience in handling system development and integration, enhancement and modification, support and maintenance with one or more sets of following skills required:
  - SharePoint Portal 2003 or above version and Windows Workflow Foundation
  - J2EE, Weblogic Portal and Workshop/WebSphere WSAD framework design, XML schema design, RUP, PKI, SSL, JBuilder and other web-based technologies on UNIX and Windows with STRUTS and/or Eclipse framework, UML modelling tools- ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, web services, XML/XSLT, and SharePoint Portal
  - Oracle Developer 6i, PL/SQL, Pro*C, UNIX Shell Script and Oracle 9i/10g
  - Experience in Business Intelligence, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Warehouse Builder, SAS, Informatica, ETL and OLAP is preferable
• Able to both work in a team environment and work independently
• Willing to work in competent, challenging and team-working environment
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Contract Programmer
• Candidate who is immediate available will be preferred

Contract Technical Specialist(s)

As the member of the projects, you will work on a wide range of consulting assignments. You will be responsible for conducting current environment study, library system architecture consultancy and design, and to assist the project team in user acceptance testing and roll-out.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Library and Information Science or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience in managing multi-million and mission critical library system implementation, customization, migration, administration and management projects either in a global library solution vendor, consulting firm, or public sector
• Experience engaging in IT strategic planning, system growth and capacity planning for library systems
• Experience in providing consultancy services in library technologies, vendors, and systems
• Experience in assessing user requirements for customisation
• Proficient in understanding the customers’ business operations, and so as the industry standards and best practices that related to them
• Knowledgeable in different IT technologies, library and RFID solutions
• Able to work under challenging schedule and deadlines
• Strong business acumen and ability to grasp the general nature and critical success factors of the customers’ business
• Able to motivate different team members
• Excellent English writing skills and interpersonal communication skills

Contract Project Manager(s)

As the member of the projects, you will work on a wide range of consulting assignments. You will be responsible for conducting the business process studies and workshops, business impact and cost and benefit analysis, preparing the user catalogue, business activity model and implementation plan, and to assist the project team in user acceptance testing and roll-out.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of IT experience with at least 6 years in the capacity of Project Manager role
• Sound experience in managing multi-million and mission critical projects either in a global vendor, consulting firm, public sector, public utility, or financial services institution
• Proficient in understanding the customers’ business operations, and so as the industry standards and best practices that related to them
• Knowledgeable in different IT technologies, this includes but not limited to Microsoft .NET and J2EE, business intelligence and database warehouse technologies
• Able to work under challenging schedule and deadlines
• Strong business acumen and ability to grasp the general nature and critical success factors of the customers’ business
• Good team leader who can motivate different team members
• Excellent English writing skills and interpersonal communication skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Contract System Analyst
